I found what I needed quickly, which was a nice change from sites that apparently enjoy hiding things. Checkout was simple enough too, so thankfully I didn’t have to waste half my day figuring it out.

I ordered from barneys.com expecting the usual annoying wait, and I get impatient when packages take forever. So I was really surprised when it showed up in about 2 days. The tracking actually updated like it should, and everything was packed nicely when it arrived. Super happy I didn’t have to sit around waiting a week for it. I ordered a couple of things from barneys.com last week, and overall the inventory was mostly accurate. One size I wanted was marked as low stock, so I wasn’t totally sure it would go through, but it actually shipped a day or two later, which was a nice surprise. I did have one item get cancelled after checkout, so it wasn’t perfect. But compared to other sites I’ve used where half my cart disappears by the next morning, this was still a better experience. I’d order again, though I do wish the stock updates happened a little faster.

I ordered a designer bag from barneys.com i don’t get why some people are so quick to assume it’s not authentic. Mine showed up with all the tags, the dust bag, and everything looked exactly how it should. I even compared it to the same bag in-store just to be sure, and it checked out. Yeah, the shipping was a little slower than I would’ve liked, but the bag itself was definitely real.

I found a jacket here for less than what I was seeing on other sites, so yeah, I’m happy with it. Shipping was fine too, nothing to complain about honestly. Some items are still a bit expensive, but that’s kind of the case everywhere. If you catch the right deal, the value is definitely there.

I had to send back a pair of shoes from Barneys because the sizing was just a little off. I was expecting the return to be a whole thing, but it was SUPER easy to start the return and print the label.
I dropped the package off and got my refund faster than I thought I would. No annoying back-and-forth, no weird delays, just a really smooth process. I’d definitely order from them again.

I did find some decent discounts on barneys.com, but it was a little frustrating. They make the deals and promo codes sound great, then you get to checkout and suddenly some of them don’t work or the savings aren’t what you expected. Even with sale prices, a lot of stuff still felt expensive. Shipping was fine, no major issues there, but I wish the discounts matched what they seemed to promise upfront.

I’ll give them credit, my refund showed up quick. Still, whoever runs this really needs to get things smoother from the start so people don’t have to deal with the hassle in the first place.
